Good morning! Happy Friday! What book(s) are you currently reading?
I almost always have 2 books going at a time; one physical book and one audiobook. I also have a pile of “waiting to be read” books on my nightstand at all times.
Currently, I am listening to The Five A.M. Club by Robin Sharma. Most self-help types of books are written in a textbook style, but this one has an interesting twist and is written as a story. It’s somewhat unbelievable the way it starts, but I haven’t researched yet to see if it’s a true story or not.
Overall I’m enjoying it and I’ve gathered quite a few tips, but I almost wish it had a little less storyline and was a bit more to the point. I, and I assume most others, typically choose novels for the story and self-help for the information.
The physical novel that I’m slowly working my way through (slowly due to time and energy, not due to interest level) is And The Killer Is by G.A. McKevett. It is book number 25 of the Savannah Reid Mystery series. I randomly picked this book off the library shelf, so I haven’t read any of the others. But I think I will.
